Dillon, all you do is try to be malicious. Grow up. Every single post you’ve made over the past year is just taking a dump on anyones opinion that’s not your own LOL. When people ask how you got mod MVP, you literally reply with “I clearly don’t care about it”
I’ve hit over 1800 on 4 different toons at ilvls between 215-226 just trying to cap conquest and honour, it’s not gear stopping you at that rating.
That’s true, it’s not a priority anymore for obvious reasons. The WoW forums doesn’t have people that care about improving anymore or even trying to have reasonable information, which is why it’s pointless to have. There are almost no threads of people wanting to improve and even if it’s worded.
When the opinions are just people being whiny or just saying something that’s not really true it’s funny
For example, you made a post to someone else just telling them something that wasn’t true. They even explained to you a good reason why something is very difficult with your response being to avoid something that isn’t even taken currently.
I also don’t really say anything regarding an opinion, that’s stupid to do.

imho there really isn’t a way to do it without ruining being able to play with friends

Pure math, probably something with Algebraic Geometry or Algebraic Topology, sort of depends on what research is available after my qualifying exams next year

Not gonna lie it tilts me from time to time fighting glads and r1s at anywhere from 1600-2100.
BUUUT I try and keep with the attitude some of my arena partners have and thats just if you wanna be the best you gotta beat the best. So just hit queue and go again. The carries arent going to go away, but you can still hit 1800 regardless.
I mean we chose to finally just hammer out games and go for 2100 and we averaged a 50% win rate above 2k, and yet. it still took like 160 games this week to finally grab 2100.
we fought streamers, rank 1 glads, awc competitors, regular joes. I got incredibly tilted about halfway through and we took a break, came back and won the final 3-4 games needed to get it.
My point is that if you are tilted, take a break, but the R1s and the carries arent what really are limiting you from 1800. it may be not playing your comp correctly, or youre playing an out of meta comp and its just simply going to be more difficult.
and honestly in this meta, just accept the fact that sometimes you are going to take a game ending crit that you may not have been playing wrong and still lost. Youll win games that way and lose games that way.

Almost like trying too find a good Conclave match. Once my wifi is more than mobile I’ll see if I’m any good. 
I’m just saying, I did arena on my hunter yesterday and me and my arena partner were around 1650ish. Only 235 pvp ilvl, BUT we got 7 games in a row with someone carrying. The carry would have like 60-61k health and so massive damage. They need to put in the rating block again. Can’t queue unless you are only 50-100 rating difference. So you don’t get people who are 2100+ rating carrying people who are 1500-1650
I mean as much as it sucks to hear, carrys aren’t as big of an issue as you would think. And putting your idea in the game would only harm people who want to que with friends.

It’s certainly not stopping anyone from pushing rating, but it sets them back, which will make them bitter if they run into enough carries. Unfortunately, the person being carried is generally not even that bad and the person doing the carry itself is hard to handle for a regular team. Usually you have to take the loss and jump into the next game hoping for a better match up.
While that’s valid, I feel like the amount of carries people say they run into is vastly overblown. I que 2s pretty frequently at pretty much any rating since I have so many alts, while I do run into carries from time to time it’s not nearly as frequent as people who post here like to say it is.
Truthfully I think people just see people queing with friends or someone who’s a tier or two above with gear upgrades and think they’re carries.

On alts I rarely face Full teams with appropriate ilvls and don’t really expect to this late into the ssn
