Maybe you just don’t understand the education process and get the reading part down. For you to have a PhD you have to finish graduate school. That would be like you saying you have a degree when you’re not done with school yet.

That’s a weird thing to say; there’s no reason to claim anything that hasn’t occurred. You don’t say things have been achieved before that has happened. The PhD process takes anywhere from 4-6 years give or take.
