like in SoD, if you’re out of combat, you can switch specs?? 
No way. that’s not happening. that ruins the game. so let’s discuss ways to make this palatable. i say no switching specs unless you visit the trainer. so dual spec would be a 1000g to get a 2nd set of talents you can switch to for free at any trainer. to me, that’s a good compromise.

You know, I would be open to suggestions but this is the exact attitude that got us dual-spec to begin with.
Just because you started with this, I think that we should be able to change specs anywhere!
Now it’s on you. Convince us (and Blizzard) why it’s bad, with good faith arguments.

I better idea would be to just make the cast timer of swapping specs much longer so you can do it in a sheep or after breaking pvp combat easily

Ive been vocally against dual spec, I wish it wasn’t going in. But now that it’s here I’m going to be as obnoxious as possible with it.
