I feel that Warcraft will be tainted by this.

At least from what we know right now Blizzard has done what they need to do. Screenshots, voices, and info has shown that they did their best to ask the right questions-- dotted the I’s and crossed the T’s.

It’s just that Method lied to them.

I want to know that the people who make and represent the game I love are honourable and somewhat ethical, and are not supporting illegal and reprehensible behaviour for the sake of money.

Blizz definitely pooped the bed on the Free Hong Kong thing, and hopefully they learned their lesson there. We’ll see.

But at least so far I haven’t seen Blizz mishandle the Method situation just yet.

If he is guilty then there is likely evidence in the form of a file or a flash drive somewhere,

He straight up said that he had pictures on his computer that the FBI would lock him up for. I literally watched him say this on his stream with my own eyes and ears, and people just laughed it off as a joke.

Anyone still defending him at this point either doesn’t know about the situation, or is just being willfully ignorant. He has blatantly admitted to this stuff multiple times on his stream you dummies. That’s what makes it so disgusting that Method covered for him.

Venruki has recently announced that he has left Method.

ViklunD, who was historically one of their best priests and one of their generally-best raiders as a whole, has also announced through a Discord message that he left Method. To quote him directly:

Was asked by an Officer to not talk about it [the Josh issues] or answer questions from people (in my belief, at the time, it was because it was untrue) but now I see that this is not the Method I thought I knew, or want to support in any way.

PandaTV has left the organization roughly two hours ago. He was one of the biggest streamers to discuss how blindsided most Method folks were by all this news.

Darrie - THEIR GENERAL MANAGER - has also left Method as of an hour or two ago, too.

And right now Method is nonstop running absurd amounts of ads on their Twitch stream, which has been showing a still image saying they’re preparing a statement for several hours by this point. This is, logically, causing an enormous amount of controversy as well as Method is profiting off literally nothing.

Asmongold and the senior brand director for the Texas Democratic Party have both called Method out on these scummy tactics.

Method is dead, boys. There’s no coming back from this.
