On RZ, when you were killed, you could have one item looted off of you. In SZ you would lose exp up to and including a level if your exp level wasn’t high enough.
Durability damage is hardly something to write home about.
In this case, the ones who had to spirit rez should simply accept the repair bill, and go ‘oop they got us good that time’ and move on. Live and learn.
Next time when they leave the dungeon they should be prepared.
You are actually one of the dumbest people I’ve interacted with on here, congrats. Read the context. I obviously meant “camping for hours IN THAT SPOT exploiting, to grief.” For the love of god learn to read. And forcing a player to spirit res by using a BUG IN THE GAME intentionally is 100% punishable. Its literally called an exploit.
You’re taking the word of one person who came to the forums, probably the first person this exact thing has happened to, as definitive proof of a “bug” and not PEBKAC. And you’re calling someone else dumb!
I’m talking about the theoretical situation, not that this 100% happened and its 100% true. If you would have read my comments above I stated its not possible at this point to say with certainty this is or isn’t a bug / exploit. I’m merely stating that saying EITHER ONE with 100% certainty is stupid. So anyone saying this is 100% a problem is stupid, anyone saying its 100% not a problem, is also stupid. So you can also take a note in reading the entire context.
Good thing this isn’t a formal debate. I’ve responded to most people normally. This person is clearly not making an effort to debate so I will also not try.
I’m just saying PvP Servers are a problem, in general. It’s never fair. If the other side can hinder you, in any way, that’s what they do. That’s the nature of those God awful Servers.
Which is fair. When a rogue comes and kills me when I’m at 40% fighting two things, I get a little butthurt but its all in fair game. My only quarrel is if the hindrance is intended or not. Rogue killing you at 40% with 2 creatures on you, di@# move, but absolutley fine. Exploiting / bugging the game to where people can’t fight back, guards can’t see you, or just doing things you are not supposed to be doing is a whole other story
You wouldn’t have made it in EQ PVP. We used to faction up with guards so when we ganked a player the guards would attack them for defending themselves.
Blizzard should consider something similar in WoW. Would give a decent reason to work up Steamwheedle cartel rep.
