does blizzard ever enforce the social contract i just got kicked from LFD by a tank from farlina server. after they pulled 2 groups at a time and i didn’t keep mark of the wild up because i hadn’t readded it back to my bars now i got a 30 minute debuff.
i got cussed out never even replied to them or party before getting kicked.
These policies are toxic blizz.

Try to find a like minded guild, I pvp a lot not because I’m good at it but for the gear. (I stick to Wintergrasp and Tol barad and Alterac Valley because it really doesn’t matter if you’re good or not nobody notices lol)
There are options and I don’t blame you for being pissed lots of jerks play this game.

At this point I don’t even know why they even bother with publishing rules that they and no one follows, and the times when they do ban people they dont use the rules to do it, they just capriciously do so then reference nothing and ban any way.
May as well just put in the TOS that “We can ban you for whatever we feel like at any time for any or no reason at all, but we aren’t likely to enforce ToS unless it’s personal”
That kinda just covers everything and is actually honest.

As for being booted from the group, nothing can or will be done. No one is required to play with you, and can get booted for what ever reason.
I was just wondering if he was insinuating that classic had more toxic players than dragonflight in his experience, as im genuinely curious. Does retail have a better playerbase? I don’t know i haven’t played retail in years. Then he also said he deleted battlenet entirely so I’m not really sure he meant that he’s going to retail. So i was just curious/confused.
You can report for the abusive language, but simply kicking someone from a group because they are performing poorly is not against social contract.
based on your post I will assume you are healing. If the tank is pulling 2 groups at a time it is a fair assumption they are confident in their gear and skill to do so.
So, we can make 2 assumptions:

But, i guess this doesn’t matter, as you have emotionally deleted your characters anyway, so I don’t even know what you want from this post other than to rant.
They also seems to be headed back to retail.
In that version healers get kicked for not doing enough dps lol. Forgetting buffs is not taken well there as well. Which I do get for timed mythic. Go over the time, its a dud run really.
One time in a retail run some dude was not happy at all I neglected to switch out poisons.
I had pvp poisons running out of bg run and LFD picked me up right away. Some dude saw the pvp poison effects and made their displeasure known.
Also threw in server name shaming. Having played both versions, Id have illidan or a52 just as bad as faerlina. Those 2 servers make pvp bg chat more entertaining than the actual match at times. Just like faerlina.
He deleted his battlenet so probably not going to retail either.
have you tried utilizing the ignore feature? Once you put people on ignore you wont group with them again. It helps with toxicity issues in the long run.
I am kind of a random heroic junky. If I run out of reasons to run random heroics I feel compelled to level yet another alt to get going again. I can’t imagine how many I have run.
I mention all that because I have literally never experience any of these toxic groups that kick people for missing a buff or some other preposterous reason. So that means one of two things is true:

I’m not going to guess which one is the case here, but either way I am not grabbing a pitch fork and demanding Blizzard make changes.
A completely separate “Social Contract” from your TOS is complete garbage knee-jerk reaction to Blizzard’s own employees behaving badly, so they can check off certain social boxes and show everyone “We care!”. They should have never been written, should have never been pushed into our face, should have never been used for cheap checkbox tokens. That is what the TOS is for. You don’t need two different TOS to play a game. They could have just updated the TOS.
Its never happened to me so it doesnt exist
