Just bought a faction change… never got the option to do both at once once i was going to pay, now it wont let me transfer servers… says “this character has the request service pending” what is going on?

Edit: IT WORKS I JUST HAD TO QUIT GAME AND LOG BACK WWWWWWOOOOOOO!!!

Looks like it’s the other way around now. I’d say put in a ticket and see what they say. It may take a couple few tickets to get an intelligent answer, though.

It is. But I’d ask them about it. I’m just going by that blue post.

Thats rough.

Its transfer then faction change. May have to wait three days before transferring.

Sadly, this is too true. It’s like they don’t actually read the first couple of tickets anymore, just give a stock answer based on the subject. But polite persistence does pay off in the end (for me so far).
