My guess would be sometime 1st quarter next year. We should have heard some news on a 9.1.5 ptr by now as it is. Unless 9.1.5 ends up being nothing and they rush 9.2 to ptr within the next month.
Not for a good 8 months or more would be my guess.
I’d be surprised if it came before 2022, part of me is hoping we get a smaller raid with 9.1.5 / some other content to chew on for a bit while they figure out 9.2. Like others have said…I’d be surprised to see a 9.3 so I’d hope 9.2 is full.
Probably sometime mid to late winter, 2023.

9.1.5 will most likely be a tuning patch along with this years anniversary content . I’m going to go with sometime after the first of the year most likely Feb 2022 for 9.2 with the PtR for it around mid November 2021

You will have plenty of time. 9.2 is coming out in April 2022. It could be latter than that but likely not earlier.
If we are going to have a 9.1.5 then i would bet around january or feb 2022.

Meanwhile, here are the Mythic stats:
Guilds that have killed the first 3 bosses: 3,219
Guilds that have killed Nerzhul: 1,760 - a little more than half of the 3/10 guilds
Guilds that have killed Soulrender - 1,161 - about a third of the 3/10 guilds
Guilds that have killed Pain Smith - 450
Gonna be a while, and rightly so. Lots still to be done, for a lot of guilds.

Given that the last chapter looked like they had to abandon whatever they had planned and just threw something in that they could complete in a couple days…
Probably a while.
The last quality patch was 8.2 and it’s been going down hill since then.

Came here to say the same thing. And that’s at best.
Something was spotted on PTR already. Some LUA stuff.
Then you can go for mythic.

Either try mythic or do every key on a 20 for the portals.
That has more to do with people leaving the game than anything. Just the general raid participation numbers as a whole are down like 50%. Has nothing to do with time and everything to do with no one raiding in general.
Or it could be exactly to scale, you never know! Ever see the movie Knowing with Nicolas Cage? It could be just like that. The end is nigh!!!
I’m more surprised that this expansion is today-days old and I still have trouble finding the 5th flower for the dim bulb treasure. the 5th one totally doesn’t spawn with the rest, I’m sure of it!

No clue.
Right now we know there’s a 9.1.5 patch that will be dropping at some point, but we don’t know what the 9.1.5 patch will contain. I expect we may learn about it soon, likely at Gamescom since Activision will be there.
With that in mind, I wouldn’t expect 9.2 at this stage until early 2022, Februrary/March is likely, especially if they drop 9.2 news at the virtual Blizzcon that will be held at that time.

It’s quite normal for, a month into the tier, for only a small number of Mythic guilds to be very far into the raid.
