But what are you two racing to?
What are you even winning?
Do you see this is just your ego getting in the way of rationality?

Weâre both playing the same game, they cheated, I didnât.
Weâve now circled back to a post I made answering your exact question already in this thread.
But you are unable to read, and continue trolling while avoiding all the answers to your same repetitive questions.
You are supporting and defending people who cheat in multiplayer games in an attempt to argue in favor of GDKPâs.
âhOw DoEs iT aFfEcT yOu???â
^ Anyone who uses this argument is straight up an Basshat arguing in bad faith.
It seems a large portion of the current WoW playerbase thinks it is 100% OK to cheat in a multiplayer game.
To them, if they swipe their credit card to cheat in the game and get all the best gear, they think thatâs totally fine and not something anyone should be upset about.
Theyâll tell you just worry about yourself, donât worry about how theyâre cheating, and they donât even see paying real money for gold, and then buying items with that RMT gold, they donât think thatâs cheating or wrong at all in their minds.
Thereâs not much you can do to convince people who just think itâs OK to cheat and pay real money for advantages in an MMORPG.
They just want to pay for the status to make themselves feel better than other players, without actually having to play the game to attain the gear or the accomplishments.
Heâs racing to his grey parses
So itâs your ego youâre upset about?
Youâre sad other players can spend gold to get to where youâre at in the game. Even though neither one of you are winning.
Unreal.
Buying gear is dumb when you can get it for free. Your idea that buying gear is winning the game shows how little you know. You must be on the dev team or report to them in someway.
Every time on seasonal⌠A swarm of âhas beenâsâ and never wasâs thinking this time they will be âthat guyâ, but its not gonna happen and they will blame someone or something for their failure rather than just enjoying the game as it is.
These same people race to 60 then generally raid log and claim ânothing to doâ because they bought gold for raid consumes they need and at the same time tell us GDKP is bad.
This is a fictious argument.
Your reasoning is since people are going to do it anyway why try?
Youâre limiting their ability to affect the game and its way easier to access and buy gold then pay a service of people who have to organize their own raid team who are all either paying for these items with real money or a bunch of farmers that need to be paid individually where the value of the items are pre-determined to adequately compensate the RMTers for their time.
Iâve been playing SoD pretty consistently through all the phases. I have never once heard of this term. Never been asked to pay an entry fee to a raid and was always compensated fairly and dealt with in a fair manner when I won items fair and square and this is across several alts, several different raid teams and pugs.
Perhaps since I donât join the boosting discords Iâve dodged this scummy side street of the game but Iâve avoided it and thus my experience has been unhampered by other peoples bad decisions.
SoD isnât quite the same as Classic Era because raids are smaller and loot is far more plentiful.
Itâs what also lends itself to players quitting earlier into phases, since they get their BiS in a few raids then have no residual reason to continue raiding on that toon until the next phase.
Except people just log onto another toon and play them? Sure people lose interest in that particular character but since they can hit 60 on several it just lets them swap between alts trying to gear them all out throughout the phases.
They still log onto their favorites to bg and raid with the boys for fun.
That and everything I see respective to its PVP meta is the worst in wow history⌠This is impressive considering how garbage BFA was.
If you have another raid group youâve committed to. This is where the anti GDKP ban rears itâs ugly head.
Most players have 1 raid group theyâre committed too. When they start playing on alts itâs hard to find consistent groups that donât require you commit double time now. Cause when the new raid comes out what do you do when that free time isnât anymore?
After I wiped to HM Hakkar twice on SoD I stopped pugging at all.
Sometimes it seems like the pro-GDKP posters come on in shifts.
Anyway, have fun with POE2.
Weâll see ya when ya get back.
Youâve still done nothing to promote GDKPs to me lol
New raid comes out, hit it, lock it, swap to another alt if I got time during the week.
Have you actually raided on multiple toons at the same time not with the same players?
Seems that way, theyâll stop at nothing to get that GDKP machine moving again lol
Itâs always the worst players that think GDKPs are evil.
Itâs just because you all are bad not only at playing the game, but trading in it too.
Not at the same time, I donât multibox but if you mean do I raid on several alts during the week. Yes, I save my main for the guild raids and hit whatever alt raids the guild sets up but usually take my secondary alts to another raid team so Iâm not hogging a primary slot for a big ticket item for say one of my rogues whos main is a rogue trying to gear my alt rogue.
No. Go raid in a pug. Not with people you know.
This is a good point against GDKPâs in general.
Also, everyone isnât entitled to have full BIS on every character just because they want to.
If you raid with your guild and put in the work consistently you get those items, if you canât do that on an alt they donât get those items, thatâs fair.
Your alt shouldnât get an advantage via being able to bid extra gold in a raid to outbid someoneâs main in that same raid either.
If you have to roll with your alt vs their main and you both contributed to the raid thatâs fair at least, but if you can just buy gold or send all your mains gold to your alt to outbid other peopleâs mains who are in that raid, thatâs a big negative as well.
Itâd be like if you could use all of your mainâs tokens from later expansions to purchase gear on your alt that never ran any of the dungeons or raids to earn those tokens.
Bingo, and most pugs are just terrible because they lack the opportunity to learn to raid likely do to schedule issues.
Where I get annoyed is the predatory nature of F tier guilds who eat pugs for warm body slots promising fair opportunities yet never play fair using tricker and expostfacto rules to deny them a chance for loot.
Worse they drive away players who could really have a Good time in raid and even find a way to raid on a team regularly.
SR runs are 95% scams run by trashy guilds looking to feed their trash core group of crooks.
I just recently learned how GOOD GDKP is and when pugging ill never do any other loot system again because its fair and honest and the runs have so far for me been really good.
And if you donât have an alt raid? Do you quit that guild?
