As title states, how do you log back into the battle.net app after it decides it is time to log you out and requires the authenticator to log back in (that it has locked behind the app)?
I have migrated from the old authenticator to the battlenet app months ago. Now it has decided to log me out. Now when I try to log in, it asks for the Authenticator Code. The only problem is, you can’t get to it because the login page is ‘in’ the app, blocking you you from going back to get the code at all.
Did you do the full migration by logging into the app and all at the time?
Logging into the app should automatically access the Authenticator and provide the code during the process. However, if you are having trouble, you might try just bringing up the Battle.net app and clicking on “open authenticator” at the bottom of the page. Then swap to a browser on your phone and log in manually.
Your app cannot properly handoff the login to/from Android Firefox. I had to change the default to Chrome, to get it to work.
If you wish to provide feedback about the mobile app, might be better here than reviving a 6 month old thread
If experiencing a bug of the mobile app, then this would be the location for that too.
