No. This expac is wonderful. Truly.
Even WOD had some moments that were cool. For example, looking for the mount drops, Wpvp was fun in some zones, due to locations and terrain. Lastly, the pvp I enjoyed to a point, but there was def script/botting rampant in higher brackets.
But SL Honeymoon phase was very short-lived. If they were looking to be successful in giving an upfront approach to a game, to make sure a good portion took breaks within a few months, they succeeded.
Im disgusted, raging capitalism, whats the sense to play wow any more, i actually enjoyed the contents from last expansions, some things i hated, but over all i like the grind to build characters. i hate the auction house now, i hate the professions now, i hate the scripted quests, i hate how easy it is to get around and how easy the monsters are to kill. etc…
maybe this game isnt for veterans anymore, only for new kids on the block. i use to love this game, couldnt wait to play each day. but now i actually have an emptiness in me now. nothing new to explor or conquer, i quit
Nonsense. I’m a tailor, and I can make a hexweave every five days from the daily craft or every three days if I also run the tailor shop. It’s a 30slot bag, and Blizzard’s extremely reluctant to make anything bigger. Even the bags this expansion, 30 or 32 at the most just like BfA. And it’s ridiculously expensive, each bag takes 15 thread and even with Orgrimmar Exalted that’s over 7g per thread. Hexweave are just as good as current expansion bags and far cheaper to make, without all the punitive measures taken to cut down on larger bagmaking. And they’re four expansions old now! We haven’t gotten much better for bags for four expansions!

I’m enjoying shadowlands quite a bit. And so are my alts. I’m not alone in either of those things, but of course its all personal taste. I don’t presume everyone agrees or disagrees with me.
Blizzard just designs content to egg you on and keep you playing and buying stuff. This isn’t a company that just wants to make fun games considering the way they design games. They are a company looking to milk you out of all they can get out of you by wasting your time. Instead of just increase the drop rate of loot they come up with a system to keep you playing even more…
Some Dev’s just make fun games this isn’t one of them anymore, and it hasn’t been for quite awhile.
This, the current team are hacks, working for a malignant corporation that uses psychological methods to take advantage of a vulnerable population of people susceptible to gambling addictions. It’s why loot boxes are illegal some places because they know what activision is doing is unethical, immoral, and predatory.
If you want blizzard to make wow great again, pray that some MMO out there gives them fierce competition. That’s how they will innovate and become better.
I am placing my bets on Ashes of Creation
Blizzard is dead, this is now Bobby Kotick and the accountants running the show. Shareholder value and earnings per share are more important than a quality product these days.
you honestly think Blizz’s intent is to release a bad xpac…then a good one…then a bad one…then a good one?
You lost me there.
Sorry I lost ya. It’s pretty easy to understand.
Team 1, Team 2, Team 1, Team 2.
1 works on major while 2 works on not so major.
If you’re still lost I’m sorry. But this has been confirmed an a know thing for awhile now. Different teams work ahead on different expansions
The I-Told-You-So™ factory has been out of stock since late December.

There once was a dragon so handsome and smart.
Who danced by fire light, quite the lost art.
Friends delighted, their faces showed glee.
They did not think of flatus you see.
When Dragons who dance near flame do their part,
Beware the inferno each time they fart.
It’s a shame, how reality doesn’t match our “supposed to be” dreams.
Like global warming. Aren’t polar bears “supposed to be” dying out? Aren’t tiny island nations “supposed to be” shrinking due to sea level rise?
For evaluating WoW expansions – don’t forget that YOU have changed. If you’re a veteran, YOU have changed drastically over the years. Every 2 years you are MORE picky and LESS tolerant.
But Blizzard doesn’t improve amazingly every 2 years. They put out the same quality of stuff, year after year. But you have changed.
I see you’re taking this opportunity to level your fishing.
My belief is their intent is to try to find the perfect balance between delaying content as long as possible to keep people subbed for money, and pissing people off before they realize theres lots of stick with no carrot and leave. Oh and to create a mobile game with microtransactions to try and milk every last cent out of people.
Yeah eventually the warcraft universe and brand will be a joke.
I’d rather have more enema’s than anima
