The bigger number is assuming they’re fixing the ascendance bug (which they’ve said they’ve fixed about 3x now but seemingly have failed to do so) and is including the hotfixes that they pushed mid week.
That said, Blizzard has reversed some of the nerfs in PVE because they realized they killed the spec super hard.
They reverted the main ascendance nerfs in PvE. They’re keeping the stormbringer hero spec nerfs.
I am curious how they’re going to handle the ascendance pvp modifier. It was +75% increased damage before (in PvE it’s +150% increased overload damage). The initial nerf moved it down to +25% increased overload damage because the PvE numbers went down from 150% → 100%.
They reverted a bunch of the other nerfs they had in there that was actually deleting ele from PVE.
The ascendance bug that’s causing people to explode in PVP is doing similar things in PVE. How much they get nerfed by depends on blizzard fixing that bug

Oh and 1mil dmg Overload……y’all are such crybabies with one of the most broken specs in the game.
