It’s not even hidden in the game itself. There’s more story through exterior sources than there are in game nowadays to the point we need to do homework in order to understand what’s going on in game.

I’m taking a break from FF XIV until after Christmas.

Because I’m looking to see how it will play on a Playstation 5.

Pretty good conclusion to the overall story, but I’m already at the “there isn’t much to do” point.
I’d recommend it as a decent single player JRPG that may or may not appeal to your MMORPGness.
I’d never call the story amazing because there is far more meandering and slowness than there are high points, but the high points land well.
After 2 days you are out of stuff to do?
The game has been out since Friday.

ok, lol… so 5 daysish - Again, out of stuff to do? I just am amazed at the multiple peopel that have finished it in less than a week of release. Guess that’s what happens when you don’t time gate stuff huh? 
If it wasn’t my side MMORPG rather than my main, I’m sure there’d be more to do like prepping for savage and what not.
It’s quite a bit more casual than WoW, so running out of things to do is a pretty normal complaint about it.
Gotta love these FFXIV try hards who always feel the need to rush to the WoW forums to talk about FFXIV.

I’m only planning to play FF14 late Dec or next year.
I’m kinda enjoying GW2 rn and bought some games on sale on Steam, so idk if I even wanna renew my sub next week.
It’s been around 6 or so days since the “Early Access” came out (it was a full release). Finished the main story in that time, and have started working on crafting stuff.
Because that’s his choice to do it. It’s not a bad thing to do. 
And that is fine to do.
Telling of the popularity and tech behind the two corp giants has? yes. Telling of the quality? Not really.
Well it’s a console, so it’s already going to play worse then a PC.
Those potato PCs can be upgraded into battle stations or even decent modern PC’s that still beat the pants out of a modern console. A Console is still gonna be the same no matter what because you can’t change the hardware or really do anything with it like you can with a PC.
Eh, maybe. Time will tell.
