Go to Tanaris. Get your special glasses. Goblins could build a special telescope for us to view it.

I know exactly what they’re doing.
They’re going to spawn in a couple more dozen Buccee’s amidst the chaos and darkness. Then Buccee’s will stage a coup, overthrow the state, then Texas will secede from USA.

Why would they have something special for the eclipse? They aren’t that rare.
Total solar eclipses happen every 18 months and there are 2-5 partial ones every year.
Quick math says this is around the 13th one since WoW launched.

Well, if they did have something happen, it would probably be in the middle of the night, so we wouldn’t see anything anyhow…
They aren’t that rare to occur globally.
But for your little slice of the world to be in the path of totality? It’s very rare. For example East Ontario hasn’t seen totality since 1925
Camels aren’t rare globally. But if one was walking down the middle of a suburban neighborhood guarantee it’ll be on the news later that evening.
To my knowledge most schools within the totality path are out tomorrow too. At least thats the case here in Texas.

You all realize, don’ you, that if Blizz tried to do these types of things, at least half would not work?
Not to mention that the number of bugs they’d introduce into the game in the attempt would be a nightmare.
Then they’d take at least a week to put it all back and fix all the bugs.
