Main Quest isn’t over . You will have to do the next chapter or 2 in the story in order to fly there.

I feel the same.
I don’t care for the story, the zone looks blah (I’ve never liked desert) and my character doesn’t feel like it fits there. I have to farm the same rares, DQ’s and some really idiotic puzzles to try to get my second legendary in a couple of weeks.
In the mean time M+ is tuned to have that extra legendary as well as the tier set and the raid is filled with so many mechanics that I can’t watch more than a couple of guides before forgetting what the previous bosses did.
On top of all this I remember why I never went back into the new dungeon more than once. It is everything I hate about fight designs ramped up.
Whatever happened to cracking a beer getting a couple of friends together and just enjoying a moderate challenge. Everything feels like its designed to waste time or challenge the top players.

My wife and I feel compelled to remind each other, “swap to Venthyr before we hit ZM.” Yuck

This expansion has been great. I am now better at classical guitar than I’ve been in over a decade.

Valheim keeps calling me back lately, and its call is getting louder and more appealing each day

Well of course, they’ve “outsourced” the QA department/bug testing to us players for quite some time now… we don’t even get paid

I agree it has become a bit repetitive.
It seems the only differences now between WoW retail and Diablo are:
- Point and click to move
- Paid subscription

I think a whole lot of people might like it if it was not broken. Shadow has been a failure from start. From needing higher lv legionnaires to level up gear to gear itself. MY main sitting on all three resources to level up a legionary. They are as follows 15k+, 8+ k, and 18k+ for the last one. The whole system from top to bottom is anti-player for me. not is spending 750k in gear. I have never have spent more than 5k. I tried leveling it up on blacksmith. lv2 and i spent buying stuff you can not farm, 125k. Not worth the hassle.was worth the curious part.
I have actually told people in real life not to bother with this game. That was new to me. It really is not worth to me the money to play.

I agree, ZM really does feel out of place.
Still, it’s something fresh (for now).
However, the story is so bad and the new story stuff that comes out feels worse and worse.
As a lore fan of WC3 era, through to… Pandaria (and pieces of WoD + Legion), this expansion has butchered so much of what made the franchise good. I hate what this writing team have done.
The paths they could have gone down, the stories that could have been told had this remained true to the foundations of Warcraft… A Scarlet Crusade expansion would have been better than this utter
It’s actually so bad, to the point I have 0 interest in seeing the raid just like in 9.1 (though this time I might actually just do it do I can get the tier sets faster)
Kinda… Honestly the only things that have truly excited me so far are the changes to my enhance shaman main, and the actual build diversity that spec is going to have. It feels fun to play it right now. That, and the potential for 2H frost DK to be kinda good with the 4pce.
Oh, and the KSM mount this season has got me actually wanting to push through and get that done.
As for ZM though, yeah, it feels pretty “meh”.

I know that people will just say that I just want welfare epics mailed to me when I log in, but Zereth Mortis is nowhere near rewarding enough compared to the last patch of any expansion.
Even solo and casual players have little reason to go to ZM and grind for almost nothing…. My toons that are in 233 iLvl gear from Korthia and 252 iLvl conduits haven’t gotten any upgrades yet.
Because there are so few quests in the zone and rares are time consuming to down, you get more gold and anima from the 9.0 zones or 9.1 Korthia. Even the world boss only drops 250 anima instead of the expected 500!
And now the ZM weekly takes forever to complete because each chest only grants 1% completion and some of them are out of reach (compared to chests for 3% everywhere for Korthia weekly).
9.2 world content is so unrewarding that it makes 9.1 look good. Can you imagine how much better ZM would be if free mounts and upgradeable gear dropped from rares and chests in a densely packed zone? I don’t even think flying will help ZM, as the rewards are still pitiful.

I haven’t played in like a year. I resubbed to troll the forums but I did seriously think about trying it again, but then I start thinking about actually playing and I just groan and do something else.

Then why are you here posting with a subbed account lol
I see people talking e how there’s no one around the zone in the daytime and others defending it by saying people are at work and school.
To an extent, that’s understandable. But people have different schedules and aren’t all 9 to 5. And I’ve always seen people around in the past, regardless of the time.
Now? I rarely see anyone even at peak times. I spent the evening waiting for people to show up for rares. No one was really out doing the dailies or the new quests. And I get that there’s a new raid, but my RP servers don’t really have that many who raid that it affects zone population.
It’s a bit odd to see.

And to make it worse, they nerf the weekly or whatever it is so that you just can’t get it done in a timely manner. -_-

sorry to everyone that says bfa or sl are bad. it’s my fault mostly. i imagined them.
i tried doing some m + but people asking for full ilvl 260 for a m+10 kinda killed it for me kinda miss those times you could fork some gold and get the vault of the week out of the way .

They still don’t get it. They don’t know how to make the game fun for all players.

Its not you.
It was the Jailor. everything was the jailor. Or arthas using frostmourne. which was the jailor. so back to rule 1…it was the Jailor’s fault.
