Stop trying to back track. Youre contradicting yourself on every post.
You said earlier you made all your connections through your “levelling” guild but then when I ask to see your guilds… all of a sudden it was just an alt guild and then you admit to never actually having a leveling guild but an “alt guild”. Then you said you made your connections in wotlk but now all of a sudden you’ve known people for 3 years.
Just STOP.
Youre not being genuine and its absolutely showing.
I never said i made all my connections from a leveling guild. I said making a leveling guild is a way to make social connections.
I have not contradicted myself. I have 2 guilds for guild bank purposes that i own, and i have social connections to multiple active guilds. Some of those connections happened when i was leveling, but not all of them.
If you feel otherwise please show me what gave you that idea.
Again another dumb comment. You cannot beat an MMO. Lol. Its not a single player game wherein theres a starting point and an end point. Mmos are about endless grinding in the end to try and get all the achievements and collectibles. The reason you stopped playing ff14 is you got bored and why is that? Because rdf makes everything easy which kills the game for you faster.
This is why youre hanging in wrath classic forums. Because no rdf is fun.
It’s possible to make friends running dungeons, I’ve done it. But not very often and it’s usually a very casual thing. Dungeons and raids are things I like to run with friends.
How is it that people seem to think LFG is the only way to be social or make friends? It’s crazy.
some in the pro-rdf camp have presented this. many still shoot it down. 1 to 79…I really want xp only. Nothing fancy, jsut the xp.
80, I’d need it for dailies/callings/whatever term is used. same as I did in retail. I wasn’t there to steal gear. or get a handout. I got my gear epic bg honor farming tbh. I really jsut wanted that gold reward off the calling that needed a dungeon clear
One of my ideas for the gear buying currency it bore in OG wrath is to shift all that to the soon to be heroic+ mode. Normal (not +) heroic I’d say maybe have that slide a few gold to the players. Not massive gold to be farmed hard. but lets have it give a few gold for the time spent.
No gear buying systems in rdf heroic I would give up as a fair caveat. put all that in heroic +.
All even a normal heroic ldf/rdf would give is the dungeon run for whatever daily quest needed it. Or ofc the item drop.
Boss drops I don’t see the welfare epic either. The game has this. Go run AV a few days, get that savage piece since the dungeons ain’t dropping it for a player.
its not 100% best for pve…but it is a nice ilevel and replaces whatever trash green a player may have lingering after their level 80 ding.
The reality is most people want RDF for the grouping and anything else it does is fluff.
The flip side of that is the bonuses he pretends are so awesome really aren’t all that good. Nor do they in any way prevent him from just pre forming his group then getting those same bonuses. So the whole RDF is “mandatory” is pretty much just BS given that the reason it’s wanted is for grouping not a tiny amount of extra gold.
You claim this, yet won’t post where you claim i said something i didnt say.
I never said i made all my social connections through a leveling guild. I never said i made a leveling guild.
What i said was making a leveling guild will help make social connections. Then it was brought up how hard it is to get guild signatures and the difficulty of new players making the guild. So i brought up the whole “be the change you want to see”, make the guild yourself and help those new players make social connections. Then guild signatures to start a guild was brought up (again) and i countered with the fact i have made 2 guilds just for bank alt purposes. Grobulus was brought in as well for getting information out there, communicating and how it can change the community of a server. Historical evidence of people being the change they want to see working.
I have stated i have social connections to multiple guilds and have 2 guilds that i own for their banks.
I never said i made a leveling guild. I never said all my social connections came from said leveling guild. Those are words you are trying to force in my mouth. The clostest thing i have said to that was that i had enough social connections to other guilds that i could get a leveling guild going with all the social connections i have for people to put their alts into it.
Considering you look at parses and ignore the factors like i am the one doing the odd jobs in the raid and the other hunter gets to focus on parsing? And even with that i have still occasionally beaten him?
Adds spawn i am the one misdirecting, distracting shot+detterance and moving it to the tank, breaking web wraps, dropong freezing and frost traps, trank shotting, exc.
Yes my average parses are lower than the other hunter in my raid. Because i do the odd jobs. But all you know how to look at is the parse. Keep being ignorant though, its amusing watching you badmouth what you dont understand the situation of.
We agree on something!
LOL.
I gave up with the threads and posting to a brick wall, and just stopped playing, I come here every now and then to see if it’s been put in, otherwise doing what I said I would, and not play.
Sadly, they won’t lose money as lot will be on retail, and what’s worse is they will blame DF, rather than RDF or lack thereof, only because they can see people migrated there, that was always going to happen, but because it fits in their narrative it provides a scape goat so they will never admit it.
Also a prediction I made the RDF threads become less, not because people are happy and playing, but like me just nor playing so don’t bother.
Sadly blizzard’s design ideas for classic are not based on what vanilla, tbc or wrath actually were or how the classic community as a whole is actually playing classic. They’re based on a super thick rose colored lenses of what they wish vanilla players had been.
And you’re sadly right, classic is already such a small piece of the pie they likely can get away without treating it seriously without too much monetary consequence.
The deluxe edition sales pay for and then some. As far as the ‘dev team’, they’re merely using it to pad their resumes. Simply releasing an authentic recreation doesn’t do that. So Brian’s gotta prove to Ion he’s incompetent enough to rise high at the company.
