Making groups is a make or break for any player or guild. We can’t progress without it. This will handicap players from forming proper and expedient groups. It will impact progress.

Exactly how does your server impact group finder at all since it’s cross realm…?
Explain to me exactly how this scenario impacts anyone:
Player doesn’t have authenticator. Player opens LFG window. Player has a M+ key in their bags. Player sees title and info auto-generated from the key they have so they don’t have to type anything in. Player lists group.
How about this scenario:
Player doesn’t have authenticator. Player opens LFG window. Player searches for groups and finds one they want to join. Player hits the apply button and waits for response.

Sometimes I like to add custom text for those activities especially when I am running with friends. I am not a fan of toxicity so I like to keep my headings clear that it won’t be tolerated. Just a fun smooth run which is what most people agree on however, I still get those players despite listing a “not a rushed key” etc.
(btw that’s just an example)

Or go list it in Custom for your friends.
You tell them when they join the group. Problem solved.
Comp matters if you’re doing anything over a 10 key

The only thing it will kill is the sellers spamming the channels. Without custom chat it will default to a base message. No way for you to advertise unless people actually join your group and you spam their chat.

Agreed, but it’s better than compromising my phone
This authenticator app wants unrestricted access to my sd card and full access to the internet. It’s a closed-source. Nothing bad could happen there…

I’ve never had a problem with it but I don’t use a lot of apps. Heck, I’ve had non standard stuff on my devices and have been just fine.
You’re not compromising your phone.
Nothing bad has ever happened there.
You don’t need a macro to say “Now that were all here, toxicity won’t be tolerated.”

Do you know my phone?
Do you know the security apps I have on it?
You don’t know that my phone isn’t being compromised for this. Phones are extremely vulnerable. They can’t give limited access like computers can.
