I’m sure youve all seen that reddit post about all the top players RMT’ing with audio, video, and leaked dm proof.. are we gonna keep arena in this bad state where its controlled by the same 30 ppl or u gonna do something?
I haven’t seen it but I very likely believe it. They DGAF about Classic anymore. Pretty much haven’t since they released all the “Season of X” things.

Ask yourself.. would doing something be required? If so.. dont get your hopes up unless you hear the top 10-20 players have a secert discord channel with a dev and they want what your looking for.
Probably not, report and move on

This has been happening for many many many years.
Blizzard can easily check to see who is wintrading or account sharing but sadly majority of the time they do not care.

Mops smaller population isn’t helping. say 800 regulars y0ou are going to lose to the same people a few times anyway.
I play japan time so my night time is the real small 3rd shift. I can see the same say 100 people all night long. Win trading or one of us having good/bad night? either is quite likely.
also its pvp api is not as robust as say eve’s. See in eve we can see clearly someone is scamming something.
Kill mail system has lots of info. If you killed me 100 times, we can filter that down real quick.
People do this in faction warfare to scam loyatly points. Kill an alt alot, get points, buy and sell faction vendor item(s) when it pays more than what you lost.
CCP devs and players (we have sites for this actually) see this real fast. So their devs bans real fast.
300 people dying to the same 300 people for 3 hours straight….its all there in easy to read data.

probably not lol, Chanimals literally sells RMT boosts all throughout classic and was recently employed by Blizz to cast AWC (even if its a contract/temp role, idc).
the one about Minpojke right? I’ve posted about him before on here. Think you can find it. Knew his non-stop schizo tweeting at the developers such as Zirene on X was related to trying to increase RMT profits, rofl.

Found it. Back in June. Saw the writing on the wall early.
If you aren’t aware this dude has been tweeting at classic WoW Devs a ton and making tons of threads begging for classic arena improvements (the 2s/5s glad returning to MoP I believe may have been because of him and his big thread) but how hard he has been begging I have to started to question his true motives here.
Because I believe in the past him and his crew were selling tons of RMT/glad related boosts in earlier classic expacs like tbc/wotlk classic, im pretty sure him and crew were holding ladders hostage at some point. prob got way harder to sell and not feasible anymore as seen by cata classic r1/glad numbers.
the question is have they ever ban it since its been happening for years now oo they win trade in high end arena / pvp its not like it not happen since vanilla when the game started
they dont ban anyone anymore in classic lol.

The only time I saw someone truly get banned was a player in Stormwind last year that went into trade chat using a racist name against African Americans and was constantly shouting the word that should not be named.
Oh trust me they do. Only through automated reporting and text though. Example, ran into a group of 4 guildies that were needing on every item. Told them I was going to start rolling too because I wanted at least a small chance at loot.
Boom kicked and given a 30m debuff 4 minutes into the dungeon.
So of course I kindly told them to go have relations with each others waste excretion systems and ended up getting a 1 month ban. They won’t let you report anyone unless you’re right next to them in person, or ONLY through their text. If someone very very very intentionally griefs there is absolutely no system in place to report them properly. Open a ticket for it? Waste of time it will never be read or dealt with. Griefing is no longer something they give a single s**t about anymore unless its streamed and negatively reflecting their game to the masses, not the individuals.
Blizzard only cares about PVE because that’s where about 95% of their playerbase is. Can you link the Reddit post?
