Snared By A Sand Claw Crab

Just a note on the wild life and general experience, today as I was cruising around in pvp I got hit by a crab.

The crab stunned and or snared me… I was running from some horde be careful of those crabs…

I got mobbed by the horde that was chasing me and then I noticed, they stunned me too, and then commenced to using so many different ways to incapacitate me I began to think they placed the crab there.

Seems now that a crab has the same skill and abilities as the players.

Would be nice to be taken down in some noble effort to defend yourself but alas undone by a crab…

Can we nerf the crab stunned ?

It is just dialogue, crab (stun ?) did snare me I got killed by the horde…

Why can a crab snare you, it makes me recall a post a very long time about a warrior who was blocked by a mouse from exit.

Another game and long time back, but still he took the time to post it was sort of a frustrating thing being a fully plated warrior blocked by a mouse.

He posted in his way of thinking he would squish that mouse it was the lesser thing to worry about he had monsters to slay.

Nothing I post is designed for the purpose of offending anyone, fact is I found it quite offending to be stunned by a crab and roasted by the horde.

Do you know why the crab can stun people ?

Dont turn your back to any mob, you probably got dazed

I’m not sure, actually. It’s only to prevent dazing so it wouldn’t work on stuns.

Carry some stun break potions, you can get them for cheap or make them.

I did a lot of WoD so all my alts have max garrisons and churn out resources to make these potions via my main alchemist. I also have tons of abyssal healing potions.

The good thing is if you decided to use trinket on something like fear, you can then break out of a stun with the pot.

TBH I really enjoyed this crab story. 'Twas better than the last Star Wars movie. :+1:

That was a very determined crab… I was totally unaware of his powers, evil crustaceans roam the land and waters edge…

Be ye mindful of his wicked claws, his tendency to spit some foul substance is quite annoying and damaging.

Be not deceived by his diminutive stature, for his ability to thwart your timely retreat more than doubles the dread of his presence in combat.

Make sure to dispatch this creature prior to any risky battle, he will certainly be blowing bubbles over you corpse if the need to flee arises.
