Is there a post somewhere that tells us how the sms protect and authenticator uses our information and more importantly how Blizzard protects that information from getting into the wrong hands?
Kind of sad someone thought it was a good idea to lock legacy raids behind that, all for what? to get even more of our private information? Hopefully Xbox teaches you how to actually behave as a company and humans.
While nothing is 100% secure blizzard track record for player personal security speaks volumes Our personal information is more secure then most MMO out there the only way to guarentee losing that security would be to fall for phising messages and buying gold via 3rd party.

SMS and the authenticator do two very different things, shoulderdog. Both protect your account, especially when used together.
what a poor view. its literally there to help people protect their accounts and make it harder for scammers and boosters to make throw away accounts. All things players have widely complained about and these are solutions to help combat that.
