I am gonna go out on a limb and say that there is a higher likelihood of fewer addons being used by players not having Authenticator vs those that do.

Fewer points of failure = lower chance of lua errors.

But then again these people are probably rolling with legion versioned era addons.

I think thats a weird comparison and addons dont correlate to authenticator at all I know lots of people with no authenticator and tons of addons and we saw posts here about this addon issue before

I’m playing with tons of addons myself (the usual ones like Details!, rio, DBM, WeakAuras, etc plus other ones I like), have authenticator, and have had 0 issues this whole week (knock on wood)

The point is that I heavily guess these people don’t even have buggrabber (or w/e) to even get the proper error. The stock ui gives you no info of what is misbehaving.

Did not say that at all there are one or two addons that people have said are bugging out the buttons so turning off all and checking the lfg tool will help to see if its an addon problem just like when anything is an addon problem

The only lua error I get with reproducibility is from the r.io weakaura to sort out groups in the finder. No wa dev has changed their code to accommodate the hotfixed quicker report advertisement menu option. It’s whatever cause I click all categories under communication to bump up the report.

only people with cellphone SMS and authenticators can post keys now.

You only need authenticator to input custom text. Without authenticator you can post keys with pre-filled information.

It’s a bug if you can’t even post pre-defined m+ keys in the PF without an Authenticator. I know, because I can’t and there is a blue response in that thread saying it’s a high priority issue, but no timetable for a fix.
