We already have got official answers from Blizzard for this. We open our own groups from time to time for “Friendly Alpaca” and invite players and kill them.
You can imagine how this triggers many players, to the point where we get mass reported and it triggers an auto silence. Of course, this is an automated response… We’ve opened tickets about it and Blizzard has always removed the action, stating that there’s nothing wrong with what we’re doing. While it may be misleading, it’s War Mode, and unless we did something such as use offensive language or if we cheated in some way, we can’t get in trouble for doing this.
Hope you can understand, and no hard feelings. It’s just War Mode.

Honestly, I haven’t been suckered into one of these groups yet but I’m sure that’s just a matter of time and when it happens I’m sure my first reaction will be “wth just happened?” followed by realization and then hopefully a good laugh.
You can’t take dying in wow pvp personally. Worst case, whatever you wanted to do, you can’t right now but you can later. Usually, its a mild time delay in a game known for time sinks. The only times I get irritated anymore are when I’m in a 1v1 fight that I have zero chance on because of how my spec and my opponents spec is designed and usually I have to be in a bad mood already.

Thank you for your sincere comments. No more hard feelings, however, I hope you and your friend can also understand why I was upset. Your fun was built on other player’s misfortune. Good luck.
I am not sure how you got repeatedly killed … once I can understand . Then you rezz away from where people are , pop an inv potion and then mount ( you stay invisible till you mount) and then fly away . They can’t net you before you are out of range .

Dude,
WTH.
The next time you’re in a group having a good time and your group jumps a lone alliance player think about this: your fun was built on other player’s misfortune.
It’s only “their misfortune” if they take it personally as you clearly have done.

Unfortunately I’m here to stay and blizzard will do nothing to fix this, it’s 8.3 only so buckle up. You’ll be seeing more of us

Lol what? just leave the group or kick them. After it happened the first time you could probably even check their chars for debuffs.

How exactly did the OP envision this toy would work? Why would any player use it other than to kill their own faction?
Abuse…

The funny thing is, when you join a group with someone, you can see some all the way across the zone. It was a new feature added when party sync came out.
Anyone could easily target the person who just joined the group, and see that they have a red name plate and are hostile, even being able to track the buff.
It could’ve been easily avoided honestly.

That same toy is still being “abused” today. I still use it because I like the way it cosmetically changes Flight Form.
I’ve only used my toy once so far, and it was for good. Some jerk swooped in and stole my quest banner while I was clearing the mobs on it, so I used my sliver and killed him.

People don’t pay attention and if they don’t kick you from the party you can see where they are and where they are rezzing.
Wrathion said that nzoth will attack your heart and your mind and he will make you doubt your very allies and make you act against your very self. You all making those groups and then killing those folks is exactly what blizzard intended in my opinion.

Why would you wait to get kicked … you can leave ? Lol
Because some people are dumb and always say, “Hey guys, there’s some Alliance attacking us, come help.”
And we’re like “Ok, we’re here. What are the Alliance names?”
Then they go silent for like 30 seconds and say, “f*** you” and then kick us from the party. Sometimes they will actually say our names like, “The priests name is Alphôn and the DK is Jholagian” and we respond with, “Really? That’s our names!”
Really funny.

Oh is this the kind of equal sided wPvP you enjoy. Got it.

I mean it is equal sided. Most of the time it’s either me and the DK or the DK and the DH doing this. Not very often are the 3 of us doing this together.
That being said, we join groups that usually have 3 people already. It’s more than equal sided. They have 3 people vs the 2 of us. We also have to worry about Horde and Alliance, so I don’t know what to tell you lol.
