I’m just here to tell you all that the Slippery slope argument was 100% real and we’re currently dealing with the negative consequences of it right now. That’s all.

It’s a complete disaster that Blizzard implemented crossrealm BGs, allowing people to faction stack on servers with no drawback at all, and implemented free server transfers with no restriction on factions which made it not only easy but inevitable to faction stack on individual servers, and then implemented paid character boosts (yet another retail convenience change) allowing players, and particularly PvP-minded players, to faction stack on Horde game wide – not only for the racials but also because of the self-fulfilling prophecy that Horde is where the PvP/Arena players are, so that’s where you want to be to find teammates.
Now Blizzard is removing the last remaining drawback to faction stacking Horde with HvH BGs, and the more people that swap to Horde, the more pressure there will be on those remaining on Alliance to also make the swap. Clearly if you are a reasonable, openminded, and circumspect person, you can see why this is not good for the game as a whole, just as I can see why 1hour BG queues aren’t good for Horde PvPers in particular.

Interesting that when its post about the long queue times, all the forum posts are “suggestions”, “feedback”, or “concerns”.
But when its anything against the current decisions about Horde queue times, it’s “mental breakdowns”

It’s called a fallacy for a reason. TBCC has already peaked. When the game was actually current, we were climbing to like 12 million players. Obviously the game can’t run the same way as it did then. The player base can’t sustain that.
