Slightly Blurry Display Rendering since Pre-patch

Hello, as advised, i am putting up a bug report about blurry display rendering.

Some of us are facing what appear to be a blurring of screen image quality (in DX12) since the prepatch. Features appear to be softer and not sharper and happens in DX12 since the prepatch. Some of us have had no other options changed and immediately noticed the disparity of screen quality. For some of us, switching to DX11 resolved the issue. However switching back to DX 12 brings back the problem again.

Putting a report here for blue Eyeballs for additional assistance. Perhaps some sort of beginning guidance would help. Please let us know what to provide.

Are the edges of the game extending beyond your screen so content is cut off at the edges? I’ve also been seeing blurry rendering intermittently and every time it’s blurry the game has actually been stretched beyond the edges of the screen so that content at the bottom and right sides is offscreen.

A little yes, my ELVUI window on the bottom 2 corners are sat perfectly but with this issue, they extend outside of my window a little. If i swap back to DX11 they sit back where they belong, all without me touching any other settings other then the 2 DX choices.
