Cannot turn in quest even with quest items in bag. Abandoned and reacquired quest didn’t work. Reloading didn’t work either.

Having the same issue, had completed water pouch bounty before it which works as expected.

Also here to report same bug.
Abandoned quest, removed all existing Wastewander Water Pouches and re-acquired quest.
Went and looted exactly 5 pouches off of the mobs east of Gadgetzan. Still cannot turn in the quest.

Same issue here. Tried a variety of things, yet dude still won’t accept my Wasteland Water Pouches. I also had the other water pouch quest at the same time, but that one worked.

Same issue, have the required items, tried turning in quest, could not.

Explored the entire zone, tried dropping and re-taking quest and selling/buy-back items.
Tried logging out with items in inventory and logging back in, no dice.

Looks like this quest is bugged.

Still replicating the same issue as of 5/24/20 on Bigglesworth. Unable to turn the quest in even with items in inventory.
