You mean like Wildstar where 60% of population were hardcore and shutdown 2 years ago?? More over this isn’t a hardcore game you die you re-spawn , you do not start from lvl 1 and drop all loot on death

It’s a subjective one. Maybe try not to look at your own opinions as facts and discussions will go better. Clearly you are proving my point that you aren’t understanding someones’ issue so you proceed to resort to the same thing.
(Having rewarding world quests or any content in open world let’s say, doesn’t need me to have loot rained down on me. Which you keep alluding too.) I can’t repeat myself enough 'till you understand that.

this is an mmo not skyrim. you should have to group to get good rewards. there isn’t really any arguing this. if you want to play skyrim do that. WQ rewarding the same loot as raiding was ridiculous. if you don’t want to group then play a different type of game. you can pug your way through aotc even the only things in the game you really can’t are mythic raids and high end arena.
To get them that high you had to basically be LFR+ geared already. It’s not like people hit 120 and every WQ was dropping 445s

i had 20 toons around 442ish and my mains were higher. i did it. i know. all you had to do was get drops from the emissaries to do it.
At this point this is pointless.

what is rewarding about WQ that isn’t tied to loot. you don’t like these because theyre too involved. i like them more because they are. the kill 4 named mobs thing was boring as heck to me. if it’s not gear or challenge what do you want from them?
I never saw this. I always saw stuff that was about 40 ilvls below the current tier.

did you do an emissary ever? they gave 445 loot last tier. which was normal raid level. during the first tier you could get heroic raid level azerite from them as well.
Mythic Nyalotha was 485. So that seems pretty much in line.

I actually got a Mythic ilvl piece from the WM “Against Overwhelming Odds” quest because it titanforged from Heroic ilvl. It was actually disgusting how much loot was being given out in BFA imo
i got mythic level tf loot all the time. it sucked. my luck is better than most.
edit my pally got a mythic level ring from a WQ. legit. i killed one mob and got a BiS ring with good stats at a mythic raid level.

Loot never rained from the sky, and stop the hyperbole. If THAT were the case, then there would literally be no economy, and no elitists because everyone could shake off their umbrellas and be BiS.

earlier in the expansion. not during nyalotha. but yes at the time it was mythic level. didn’t reach cap, but almost. and i literally killed a single mob for it.

in legion i got a 920 neck from a WQ when the cap was 925, i didn’t even do cuz my friend did the WQ while i smoked. had BiS stats. had it literally the entire expansion.
Emissary drops weren’t that high until your ilevel was close to that. I know, I also did it.

let me explain this to you. i did 34580345 emissaries on 983457348957345 toons. each time they got gear and their ilevel raised and got higher ilevel gear from it. all of my toons were raid level from WQ.
