Skyriding is too hard for disabled gamers

Truthfully this is why pathfinder has to go away because some people have a power trip making fun of the disabled which is just sad if I am being honest.

And the fact that it requires an unlock that involves hitting max level has not changed.

If you’re claiming something is an accessibility feature, the existence of something else doesn’t change anything. Either unlocking it is a problem, and has been for 18 years, or it isn’t.

I always thought that getting the license for cold weather flying was more immersive because of the dangers of flying in the snow and the high attitude. That makes more sense then do path finder.

see my last post, lol.
You both are trying to make points that are irrelevant to this topic.
TODAY we have two kinds of flights…how ONE flight was aquired in the past isnt relevant to THIS discussion.

We have two flight modes today aquired in very different ways…steady flight shouldnt require more work than skyriding. BOTH should require PF if either of them does

I agree which is why that approach was used.

pathfinder came into existence because of puzzles and gliders from WoD.

Paying some NPC gold when I hit max level is “immersive?”

I didn’t do any sort of quests to learn how to cold weather fly. I just had to pay an NPC money for my mount to suddenly go from not remembering how, to suddenly flying.

Ding to cap and paying gold is more immersive than pathfinder.

The truth is coming out now IMO.

Over not agreeing with your want for something, without putting in the effort for it? Somehow I think I’ll survive not getting any accolades based on your approval.

Depending on how you convert it, that’s 3500-6k in today’s gold.

Also like 1 days worth of dailies at max level at the time.

Nope can not compare that way because gold awarded was greater rate than currently in TWW.

again…TWO flights today is the issue here…one that requires zero work…and the mode that handicapped player need that requires pathfinder.
I get the need to run down these rabbit holes…I do…but irrelevance is irrelevance still.

wrong…it was same for EVERYone when there was ONE flight mode…so it was all equal and fair.
Now with TWO flight modes, the one needed by handicapped players being the one requiring any real work

you dont fool me friend, I know you know what is being said here

Why would the flight that Blizzard dislikes, which allows players to not engage with the world in any way while traveling, have to be unlocked through the same actions as the flight that doesn’t do those things? Answers more complex than “but I want it” only.

If you convert 1 cata daily to 1 TWW world quest, the output number is 6k (since cata dailies are 42 gold, TWW WQs are about 1k).

I always imagined it as you hand over the gold and the NPC tells you to put on a jacket.

It’s equal and fair now. Equal requirements for all.

more irrelevance.

I think you misunderstood.

I was saying 250g was very cheap in Cata.

Pretty close to it honestly.

I could pick pocket 100 gold easily in an hour in WotLK.

I was just trying to do the inflation calculation.

But either way, it’s much better to be able to do a questline once then keep paying for every alt.
