As a disabled gamer I use click to move. Steady flight is relatively easy but skyriding is unusable with this style of playing. Please make skyriding toggle not locked behind achievements… I don’t know how I’m going to unlock steady flight. I physically can’t.
Why did you make a duplicate thread.
I’ll just tell you what I did in that one:
Yeah… you can.
oh i understand. Just was hoping to get a blizzard response. Thanks for the help!
Just was hoping to get a blizzard response.
You won’t get a response from Blizzard here, especially by making duplicate threads, which violates the rules of the forum. That will just get you banned temporarily.
oh. Alright then.
Tbh I’m finding that when I’m in the mood for a slower paced gameplay getting around on ground mount is the way to go.
The games way more immersive. I’d never want to give up my flying but I think people forget to slow down and enjoy a good walk in the game from time to time.
(Sry, bit of a tangent)
I think someone was saying it’s been many months since Blizzard responded to a player-created thread at all in here… I could be wrong about that. (never mind, I recently saw the response to the delves vault thing)
Perhaps find a game suited to your disabilities instead of expecting the world around you to change to fit you perfectly.
As someone with rheumatoid arthritis that has to use a G600 mouse because of it… there are ways to do dynamic flying, even as a clicker.
Keep in mind that it’s basically one or two buttons and turning. Spacebar or a button for Skyward Ascent. Tilt yourself slightly downward. Use Skyward Ascent button or Surge Forward to get height or momentum. You don’t need to go breakneck speed with it. And then just turn with keyboard or mouse if you can.
If you want to give feedback on ways to make things more accessible, I suggest the in game feedback option and let them know it’s for accessibility reasons.
If you need more ideas to help you with it, just ask here.

And you’re allowed to come in here and make the request regardless of being told otherwise by other members here

I don’t know maybe I’m wrong oh that’s right I’m not but the last I checked blizzard made a number of changes to the mount area of accessibility settings for sky riding and so it’s not Beyond reason that they would make even more changes if they know what kind of changes someone is asking for
Sorry to hear that but your opinion is valid and I hope your WoW gaming experience improves.
Perhaps
You don’t have many friends, do you.
I did this a couple months ago while high and it was a surreal experience
We do not do that in the PVP community.
We help each other out.
Here is an example.
Afternoon - I’ve reached my rating goals for the season so I’m helping others get 1800 (Elite Xmog) or 1950 (Weapon Enchant). If you’d like to Q, I just ask that you have full PvP gear, at least 1600+ Exp, and a calm demeanor. Battle.Net - Hirek#1970 I play everything so I can DPS or Heal. Cheers!

No one said they couldn’t make the request. The response to this:
Just was hoping to get a blizzard response.
Was this:
You won’t get a response from Blizzard here
That’s called information. No one claimed they couldn’t post their hope of a response. Just that they won’t get one.
I don’t know how I’m going to unlock steady flight. I physically can’t.
If you are incapable of ground travel and questing I fail to see how Steady Flight would be easier. Nothing in The War Within requires skyriding.
Ya but he was just being let know he was making duplicate threads, which can lead to a ban, although im not sure how strict they are on that, especially for a disability issue
Normal flight being locked behind even a small grind is unneeded. I hope you good luck in whatever this new car racing stuff is coming up. Lol
