Skyriding is too hard for disabled gamers

He says, still pretending the actual disabled folks who have posted in here are liars. Are you still trying to convince people your moral compass is non-existent?

Pandering would be taking a tangent about entertainment. This thread is about removing PF to help out disabled players.

That would be Mafic, who has repeatedly ignored and talked over multiple people who talk about their disabilities because they don’t align 100% with Mafic’s goals.

You can’t claim to speak for the disabled (and really in this context shouldn’t, they can speak for themselves) and then pick and choose which disabled and which disabilities “count”.

Fact, is there are disabilities that do physically interfere with a persons ability to sky ride. Say whatever you want. It’s a fact. Mafic has been trying to defend those that are affected by this, as much as you, Kiyoko, and the rest of the “pathfinder is fine” crowd are pretending their issues aren’t real.

In this context, there are disabilities that count. Anyone who is physically affected enough to have difficulties with or full on inability to successfully sky ride qualify.

Never claimed otherwise.

No, they’ve been using whoever and whatever they can as a bludgeon, refer to when early DF when they were salivating over the notion that when Steady flight was released people would quit Dynamic on mass and it would be embarrassing for Blizzard. When that obviously didn’t happen they’ve devolved into this, they don’t care about any of the people they claim to speak for, they just want to give Blizz a black eye no matter what.

Maybe actually know who you’re talking to before getting on your high horse? Where have I claimed Pathfinder is fine? I have repeatedly stated i am fine with it being REMOVED.

Claiming i’m pretending people’s disabilities aren’t real is you just spewing venom to demonize.

You have no credibility.

So you’re arguing for the sake of arguing then?

You’re the one who responded to me making things up

This thread is about removing pathfinder (which is already gone outside of the main storyline) because some just don’t want to do it. You and two others are just using disabled players as a manipulation tool.

You’re the one picking fights with someone who’s arguing the same thing as you; pathfinder is gatekeeping accessibility and should be removed.

No, i’m calling out a troll who uses people with disabilities as bludgeons, and co-opts legitimate discussion on the topic. that irks me.

Lets take a look at the top poster shall we?

Oh look its you. Shocker. 198 posts.

You spamming the same nonsense over and over is not “discussion” and the thread was actually dead until you bumped it lol.

That is your opinion.

But based on what others have said we are in support of disabled WoW gamers and this is how we show solidarity. Also, since people refuse to read my replies in this thread I was explicit several times that I did not have difficulty obtaining pf achieve.

But this is why we post so people learn the truth and why we are in solidarity with disabled WoW gamers. For this is an easy win for BlizZard.

Precisely which is why this thread exists and keep note I have never started any thread regarding pathfinder and disability. Not in the dragonflight beta, not in TWW beta or live when DF was current and TWW which is current.

I think these detractors are frustrated and lashing out against me. Which is fine but if it means we can create a safe space for disabled WoW gamers to voice their concerns in this thread that is the ultimate win.

I will gladly take the heat if it means that WoW disabled gamers are able to voice their concerns. That is what we as a positive WoW gaming community do for one another. We stick together which is something you all should learn with grace IMVHO

It’s not “heat”.
People are tired of your spam.

And the below sums up your angle. It’s been very obvious since august.

Ironically this is what keeps this thread on the top page. So any visibility so disabled WoW gamers can have their voices heard is a major win.

In their haste to downplay what disabled WoW gamers are saying they are just magnifying the visibility several fold.

But that is okay for we are positive WoW gamers and we look out for one another.

Thank you for speaking up because this is important for many to read and see. That type of feedback is very helpful as WoW positive gamers.

Thank you.

I look forward to more of your perspective because I think it is integral to having pf go away to help out disabled players.

I was being sarcastic and poking fun at the people who want the game to be redesigned around them. I don’t actually want Blizzard to nerf spell effects.

That makes no sense as you can change how spell effects show up in game. This is a serious discussion. Thank you.

Actually, there was someone way up thread who made a comment about spell effects, and wishing they would be removed. I cannot tell if they were serious or not. I also do not know if that person is aware of the various toggles and click boxes one can go through to customize the game. Blizzard could go a long way to putting out that sort of info in game

Communication and showing the tools that are there in game needs to improve from them that is for sure to help out all gamers.
