I don’t know if it’s actually about gold and more about arguing to argue.
There’s more than a few that you can straight-up agree with and they will still argue with you. Not sure there is anyway to find common ground outside of the fact that we all enjoy WoW.
And THAT is all that matters. Skyriding has ZERO cost of any kind while real flying has come at a cost of some sort since its inception. Either they both have a cost or neither do. Those are the only options that honestly make sense.

As for being “made up”, Mafic is accurate in that assertion and all you need to do is read through this thread. It is frightening how many people not only think but actually say it in a public forum “you just need to accept things as they are because that’s how they are”.
But, you’ll likely rephrase it as you tried to do with what Mafic said or, you’ll ignore it altogether because you’re wrong and not a big enough person to just let it be.

It’s not a buzzword when it’s true. Try looking up what “gaslighting” means. I’ll help you, it relates to someone attempting to convince another, or others, or something that never happened or existed, despite those people knowing it didn’t. That’s what you’re trying to do with Mafic’s post.

Thank you…its like I have said about this stupid bloody Pathfinder…what’s good for the Goose is good for the Gander…if one flight type is restricted then both should be…its a direct attack on those that have mental or health issues with Dragon Flying…

I’ve got my own limitations. That said, a “direct attack” might be a bit excessive here. I sincerely doubt it’s an attack of sorts. Blizzard is stubborn, Ion most of all. I think it’s mostly just a relic of the past they are having trouble letting go of. If they insist on keeping Pathfinder though, it’s probably only fair to lock both forms of flight until the campaign is completed.

Sadly better get use to it, Ion and Co only care about their vision and will never change. It’s a harsh truth but they are so full of their own ego they can’t see the problems they cause. Some people say oh but they do listen to player feedback, but they only do that if they need good PR, if things are going well enough they will completely ignore the players.

You just need to finish the campaign and explore the zones, you can do that all within the campaign, with the ground mount and the flight paths.
Just git gud.

There is no leverage here for I never started the topic. In fact I have been retired from the holy flying wars since DF expansion. But other young ones have carried the mantle and I am very proud of them.
I am especially proud of the disabled players for speaking out and I am glad to be part of that community that actually cares for the disabled players.
That is why in my opinion we should be in solidarity with those players especially as MLK’s birthday approaches.
Amen.
Let me also close with another thought and that is pathfinder must go because we as WoW community care for one another.
