Actually, can we have Skydiving for Underwater mounts? Man, swimming is a slog, I would find fun af to go nyoom like a Torpedo.

If you don’t use it then… why even complain about it? The option to use the old flying with hovering is there. Why do you want to remove options and keep skyriding limited?
I honestly can’t go back to the old way of flying because skyriding is much faster and more engaging for me.
Me not having touched tbc flight since… SL.
Also me changing my toons to drac because soar is so nice.
Oof, that is embarrassing! Even worse when you check his own:

Beat you to it
But yeah, I don’t get it either.
So you did!
It could be repeated a few more times IMHO.
Totally agree.
That would be awful as skyriding is me preferred flight method. I really do not want to go back to using steady flight. I just find it so boring.
Right now is perfect. People can just choose the style they like. I can have my skyriding, and the people who prefer steady flight can pick that.
Soar is terrible too. Why does it have a cast time and a 9 second CD? It should be instant cast like Druid flight form.
Y’all are acting as if there isn’t a normal flying mode alternative.
Just use that then. If anything, the nerfs to dragon riding to appease slow riders, sucks.
Hahah yes I have no history of Arena on this account, the rated PvP has not exactly been good in several years now. When I returned to WoW (in 2015 as you can see) I had to buy the game again.
My original warlock was Drakore on Frostwolf rated 2k in original TBC as a SL/SL lock with a shadow priest (later renamed the character to Dulokz - any way to look it up?). That account was banned for using Glider to farm mats xD I was one of the thousands in that huge ban wave. Ended up quitting for years, but when I came back I had to buy the game again.
The larger point being made is that flying a mount is not a “skill” in the way that downing a healer or fending off a rogue is.
Because it is meant to be a mount form and not a Druid ability. So, it has the same cast time as casting a mount. The ten seconds recharge is prolly because of the free vigor you get. I agree that that part is irksome, but since it is still miles better than what we started with and is at least fully functional now, I will take it gladly.
Why does it have a cast time and a 9 second CD?
Its the same as regular skyriding mouting.
The cd is dumb, I agree.
It should be instant cast like Druid flight form.
Tbc druid flight form is instant. In skyriding, it has a cast time.
Soar is terrible too.
Idk. Im a massive skyriding fan. Soar just makes it better. Its so fun to fly around as drac
Is flight form not a mount form???
When I returned to WoW (in 2015 as you can see)
Is that why you have FoS dating back to 2013?
Or maybe it was 2013, literally over 10 years ago But do you, you’re getting me good.
Making a point about the topic would be more useful instead of low quality straw man and ad hominems that actually reinforce my point if you think about it
You were the one that changed it into arena ratings.
Your 3rd post in this thread.
I wonder how difficult you find high-rated 2v2 or raiding.
It is counted as a mount. Basically like Worgen’s Running Wild.
So why can’t Soar be treated the same?
A skill issue is like:
A skill issue is not:
It’s only trolling to say that people who complain about skyriding “lack the skill” - it’s not even good trolling because it means you think flying a mount is difficult. It just means you lack the skill. Most people don’t though - the typical person complaining about skyriding simply doesn’t like it as much as regular flight.
