Sky Riding with Mount Rocket Shredder 9001 Bug

I’m experiencing an issue with the Sky Riding with Mount Rocket Shredder 9001 (Recruit a Friend mount).

Whenever I use the skill All-Surge, my move speed often drops to 0. I really love this mount, so I’d appreciate it if you could look into fixing this bug.

I am having this same issue with the same mount. I came searching to see if this is a common or reported bug and just so happen to be using the same mount. I’ll use the last of my orbs to whirling surge just to lose all speed and drop to the ground. Very frustrating.
