Yo, Carespanker King of Skullcrusher here to bring you bois the third copy pasta of the OG Skullcrusher Progression Thread from Vanilla! Small issue, you are no longer able to post links on the forums anymore, so I had to put “~” in the place of “.” so I could actually post this. It is very important to remember our past and where we came from as an original 13 realm!

I just got back from my trip in my Time Machine. With the merger we almost suffered a massive loss of Skullcrusher history much to the rejoice of the Black Dragonflight Casuals and Gul’Dan wannabes. I PRESENT TO YOU THE OG PROGRESSION THREAD AS I WAS ABLE TO RECOVER.

I doubt many people know who I am, but to those that do, /fondle, /famous.

I used to run the progression thread for a number of years on Skullcrusher, and it has become a sort of tradition that I post an one from times gone by whenever a new expansion comes out.

You know, Redout, from what I heard…CG was all gear and no skill. Respectfully omitted from the list on sound grounds.

Stang - obviously most people do not appreciate the work that went into these historic details. But I, probably a few others as well, can’t help but feel nostalgic about Skullcrusher’s glory days.

I’ll try to bring the realm back to life…one innocent lowbie dying at a time.

There was a post about best players you played with or something like that and I listed people I played with on SC and someone posted a link to your revived BC progression thread, so I decided to see if the vanilla one was around and found it through search.

Good times in vanilla for sure… haven’t had an experience like it since, but I was also in high school, not married, no kids. Thanks for the memories.

Venomancer reporting in here, I still play with Satosonic and Omarus from time to time , the progression list is wrong though, LAWL Patrol killed The big spider Maextras, patchwerk, we were stuck on 4 hourseman before expac.

We were number 3 in server progression alliance side.

oldschool indeed, I remember checking stangs threads weekly basis since he kept them updated all the time. I think at one point Rage was like #4 US and #9 world wide during BC and wotlk areas.

I miss Haniel…I still have my SS of dueling him after he got his sulfuras weapon, he beat my !@#. 10 minutes later in STV he was dueling one of his own guildies I crept up in stealth and shot him at 1% for a finishing blow, so much fun times! A lot of those old alliance names too bring back memories, some of them were a pain in the $%^ to play against. aside from the top guilds, Lawl patrol and -*!@ had a ton of ppl who were extremely persistent in PVP, that one night elf hunter I forgot his name.

So many memories! Don’t play a lot these days but I played on Skullcrusher during Vanilla until Vehement fell apart in Naxx and then the Alterac Mountains transfers opened up (2004-2006?). I don’t have any contact at all with the old guild members - kind of weird I spent SO MUCH time with them. Xarcostus, Limbay, Cusco, Delongowoods, Jasnia or Jaslia?, SSLanfear, Dakyne, Bassell, Tekai, Meeklo, Ayaka, and so many more. Also was in Missing in Action, Vindictive, High Order of the Dragon, and Tainted all before Vehement.
