I got a 6 month suspension on my main account, while following the rules. I appeal it and it got auto denied am sure they didnt even look into the account, this is just horrible costumer support, i have never cheated on this game and always follow blizzards rules.
There is no “auto denial”. When you appeal, a different staff member looks at the logs to see if the penalty was a false positive. If they reach the same conclusion, then they will deny your appeal.
They did. But you are freeing to continue appealing it until they say its their final decision and the matter is closed.

if someone actually looked into the account they can see that i didn’t break any rules at all, they didnt even look into the account. i will post screenshots of one of the GM i spoke to a week ago and i told them what i was doing and they said that I was fine, then now am banned, and is so bad that they even close live chat, a lot of innocent people got banned
You can not appeal via live chat though.

They did look at the account. And insisting to the contrary is not doing anyone any favors.
If you want to post them, feel free. But I would suspect that you are misinterpreting what was said. GM’s simply don’t give a blanket acceptance of any hypothetical situations. And even if they had said that what you are doing at that moment was fine does not mean that: 1) you have free reign and will never get actioned, or 2) they won’t change their mind.
But posting those screenshots will not help your situation. The only way to resolve this is to use the appeal system.
Because Live Chat is not how appeals happen. And to even get a Live Chat to be an option, you would have to end around the Support system, which is frowned upon.
That can definitely happen in a ban wave, and you certainly could be one of those innocent people. But the ONLY way to resolve it is to appeal until they say the matter is closed. If they say their decision is final, then their decision is final.

i used the appeal system and am still banned, they said that wont unbanned the account. hope that none of you go thru this, when you know you didnt do anything and your accounts get banned, is easy to judge when you are not the one been accuse of something you never did.
No one is judging, that’s not what this forum is for. They are simply clarifying how the process works. You appeal, a different person looks at the case, verify the information present against their own internal data. If it matches, the appeal is upheld. If not, it’s reversed.
That’s all there is to it.

Did they say their decision is final, and the matter is closed?
If not, you can try to appeal again.
If so, then the final decision is final.
At the risk of derailing, I would say if you are doing things that you need to ask if it’s ok, then you are not really doing things on the up and up. I’ve been active since a few months into Vanilla back in 2005, and I’ve never needed to ask Blizzard if what I’m doing is ok.
Be that as it may, anyone innocent or any false positive would be found upon appeal. If they have closed the matter, then they are truly confident that you do not fall into either category.
No one here is judging you. We are giving you the avenue to appeal, and get this taken care of.

If you believe it was in error, file an appeal. The forums isn’t going to get it overturned.
The thing is they ARE looking at the account. Just re-file the appeal

what bothers me is that everyone is taking the side of blizzard, and think that they dont screw people over, when in fact they do, there is been big influence people that get banned and they over turn it as soon i they see how many following they have, and when you are truly innocent they don’t do much about it, and here people seem to work for blizzard because when i know am innocent everyone expect the worse, and think that blizzard was right for the banned, till it happens to you, you wont understand

Do you have any 3rd party software on your account at all? Or on any input devices you’re using? Mistakes can and do happen. My deduction is just that you may have had something on your account that was detected and flagged even though you may not have necessarily used it for nefarious purposes. I don’t know that, but I’m trying to get a picture based on what little information I have. All we have to go on is your word, and without intending any offense, that doesn’t really account for much.

Nobody is taking sides nor judging you…
The point is, all you can do is keep appealing via ticket. There is no other avenue for you to do this.
The forum is not for pleading your case, nor for discussing account action either for that matter.
Yes, false positives do happen, and are generally overturned. All you can do is keep appealing until Blizzard says on more appeals.
However, a Blizzard employee themselves has had a look behind the scenes into your account and is not confident of this being overturned.

It isn’t in our own vested interest to suspend or ban any account of a legitimate player, Monky. Why would we do that?
We are, however, responsible for keeping the game as exploit and exploiter free as possible. I’ll be the very last person to say mistakes never happen - they do, but that is why the appeals process is in place.

Forum Support Agents and GMs can’t approve anything outside the WoW game. If you use ANYTHING outside the game base controls, that is not a valid addon, you can get actioned.
I suspect you misunderstood what a GM said. They can’t give you permission for anything.

The guy doesn’t understand. No reason to be rude to him. Last thing you want to do with an upset person is to tell him he has no idea what he’s talking about and make assumptions. Just tell him how to appeal and leave it at that. Never understood why some people that post here a lot like making upset people even more upset by telling them they have no idea what they’re talking about.

Again, not saying that you fall into that category. But it’s very common.
When someone is TRULY innocent, they absolutely overturn it. There has been at least one person I have seen today who was successful in their appeal.
