I am unable to get it with one of my characters - Seems to be permanently broken for one of my characters so I had to resort to buying them on other characters and transfering it to the affected character.

It’s been working fine for me all day today on several characters; seems to be fixed, at least as far as I can see.
Yeah same thing for me. Worked on most of my alts now. But for 2 of my alts, the world map icon does not show any award when the shuddering hollow event is active and thus don’t get a gem on the kill.

Yup I have an alt with the same issue.
It’s been hit and miss for me - from what I have experienced it seems to rely on the boss and if it strays from the objective confines on the map.
Sometimes there isn’t an issue - and others it is a struggle.
How is this still an issue?! I’ve killed Stalagnarok dozens of times at this point and still don’t have the citrines. Just put them in a vendor at this point ffs.
So this is still happening? sigh Was hoping to jump back in today but no point in playing if I can’t progress. See you next week… maybe, IF it is fixed. Otherwise I’ll be playing Warframe and Palworld.
Still bugged on an alt, event on table shows correct reward, event on map shows nothing - and no reward is offered. Only an issue for Shuddering Hollow.
Fix this or just let people buy the gem already.

Another bump to keep post alive and, hopefully, get some answers.
I have this issue on The Drain only, so it’s effecting other ones. I can’t complete the meta achievement and get the mount because of it.
