Yeah I’m pretty tired of hearing that we all need to suffer because of the one kid in class that is going to throw a tantrum no matter how things go down.

I’m not super thrilled with it. Just winding down raid and mythic plus and was hoping for a break. But oh look more stuff to grind out and timegated behind weeklies and /or items to farm (mount).
Just not interested I think I’ll skip this patch. Even the mount farm looks boring as hell and I’m tired of the “grind for 10 items”. Here’s to hoping in 20 years Riot releases a better gameplay loop.
It is very likely that blizzard devs never tested it to make sure it was worth equipping with the limited the gems we have access too now.
This is just one more piece of evidence that no one working as a dev at blizzard can do math and are all too lazy to put the ring into any of the character sim the players have made.
I loved that movie and how they made the computer learn by playing tic-tac-toe .
I would like to amend this comment by simply saying that after playing it…it’s closer to the hyperbole on the bad side than on the good side.
This is not great. It feels like someone said “We’ve got an unused map. Throw mobs on it and call it a .7 patch.” This is not simply a slight downgrade from Forbidden Reach/Annulet. This is flat out bad in comparison.

Yeahhhhhh. One thing that would personally make my time better out there is if they do something to the event system. After spending a good chunk of time out there I’ve noticed there seems to almost be no rhyme or reason to how and when new events end up on the board? That or I haven’t figured it out yet.

There are dead ones on the isle but if you go out into the ocean you can find them alive.
My opinions exactly. It’s completely forgettable and buttressed by the sheer amount of recolored collectables and timegating to inflate time spent.
I don’t think its coincidental that all major completions, Meta Achievement and Ring, will not be doable until at least January 1st - cementing a ton of January MAU
The Isle is REALLY bad, I literally couldn’t think of anything worse TBH
