If everyone agrees with Liotuse that doesn’t necessarily mean they know Liotuse. My interactions with Liotuse in ever make quite the exhaustive list:
- Arguing over whether the current Alliance is an evolution of the original Alliance of Lordaeron, or whether it was an entirely newly created entity following the destruction of Lordaeron during the Third War.
- That’s it.

Imo every race with the skintone of irl humans should be able to be the skintone of any group of irl humans but apparently theres some lore I’m not aware of regarding elves and their melanin?
Dwarves, gnomes, and humans are all titan creations infected with the curse of flesh.
Trolls and by extension elves aren’t. Neither are goblins or orcs by the way.
This used to be an important lore distinction that RPers were well aware of.
Darker dwarves have also always been there in the form of the Wildhammer; and the dwarf updates were very faithful to that, by bringing a massive amount of Wildhammer customizations to it beyond the skin tone alone.
The Sand Gnomes also ring a bell from Vanilla Tanaris.
