Do you guys all play with the same gear on? I reckon you would need to have multiple gears to play different specs? For stat priority?

Highest item level usually sims best.

However the stat priorities are different.

Sub stacks vers crit
Sin stacks haste vers
Outlaw stacks vers haste crit.

So a lot of pieces are interchangeable.

Thanks, i guess switching between Outlaw and Sin wouldnt be that bad. Im really heavy on vers right now though for Outlaw

I mean tbf, Sub isnt doing so hot in the raiding department, its viable, but theres a lot of better choices.

Theres also the fact that Rogues lack group utility, which is why they need to bring Smoke Bomb back.

Sub also seems like it could use a ST boost, there are other specs putting out a lot more ST than sub and that seems to be its only niche.

Well its niche is also high CC uptime mid battle, unfortunately thats worthless in a raid

Both Sin and Sub still need buffs, but at least both are in a somewhat decent place now.

Wrong.

Sin’s stat scales goes:

  • Weapon Dps
  • Agility
  • Haste
  • Critical Strike
  • Versatility
  • Mastery

Actually not a clueless troll my guy. I’m taking secondary stats because weapon damage and agility are top for all three specs. Guess what? Haste is the first secondary stat in the list.

Here you go trying to look smart again and falling flat on your face again.

Actually, stat weights are dynamic. They often change based on the gear you equip. Sometimes a particular stat will have a soft cap. Sometimes two stats can be very close and flip back and forth just by swapping 1 piece of gear.

You can’t just stack stat 1 then stat 2. This is what makes sims so important. An optimal gear set will have a good balance of all secondary stats.

While this is very true the first answer will always be to sim yourself.

I would avoid Mr Robot and stick with raidbots.

I have been using AMR since Legion and find it to be just as reliable as Raidbots. About 90% of the time the two sims suggest the same gear set for my “Best in Bags”. The other 10% is usually 1 or 2 pieces that will slightly favor one stat vs another.

I use the two sims to cross check each other and find it very helpful.
