As stated above by other people, there used to be a specific volume meter for character voices. I’m not sure if it still exists since I don’t use the base blizzard Ui. Though keep in mind, turning it off will also disable voice lines from NPCs and enemies, so you won’t hear (what little) dialogue NPCs have, nor will you hear enemy voice lines, many of which are used when certain mechanics are happening. So turn this off at your own risk.
Do you not notice it or care yourself?
I play unholy dk. We got like two abilities that I’ve noticed my velf screaming, one of which is taunt and the other is a talent. And I’m used to my warriors screaming every two and a half seconds XD
