I bought my second glaive of Raging Tempest (385 version), I had one of each already equipped, a blue 359 level, and an epic 385 version. When I bought the second glaive, it used the 385 version as currency. So I still have one blue and one purple??? There’s no option to exchange back either.

Same thing happened to me. When you purchase the epic upgrade it states the currency is 7 storm sigil’s and 1 rare (blue) item. Instead it takes your already upgraded 385 ilvl one and removes the enchant and gives itr back to you. It does not state that it will take your already upgraded epic and just upgrade it to absolute nothing. The sigil’s are gated and you can only get 9/week. This needs to be fixed. The rare item needs to be upgraded to the 385 or refund me my 7 storm sigil’s back and I will go with the mace.
I don’t know how to change the profile but this was on my DH Illadina-Sargeras.

Happened to me.
For the record, I had a support ticket on this and within 48 hours I got a response saying that my old weapon was mailed back to me, my 14 sigils were refunded and he told me to leave the one he sent in the mail when I make the new one.
Interesting, I’m well past needing elemental gear, but I never heard anything or got a refund
