On the PTR this Sigil is on the vendor for 19 badges, but not on live. Is this intentional or were there items missed from ptr to live?
I too, was expecting to buy the prot libram…my disappointment is immeasurable
The Conquest Vendor will be updated on Thursday after the raid releases.
The person who will have the Sigils will be each faction’s Conquest vendors (Arcanist Firael, and Magister Sarien), not the sigil/libram vendor Ninsianna.
I don’t know why it’s like that in original Wrath, but it is.
