I gotta ask, has the drop rate been nerfed? My guildmates and I don’t seem to be seeing these things drop over the past few days when compared to before. For example, i’ve gotten one in the past 15 runs (and zero in the past12).
Just curious if anyone else has seen anything similar or if I missed Blizz slowing the rate.

I have one set of gear for each of my paladins specs but only 4 total sigils after grinding out celestials.
Up the drop rate please.
No proof or anything because when do things like… say things… but I would imagine as more raids drop in there the rate increases right… well…
Only been my experience, but Sigils of Wisdom have been seriously frustrating to get. Currently at 9 Powers but only 3 Wisdoms.
Six more runs since original post, not a single sigil. Blizz, if you nerfed the drop rate, please be kind enough to say as much.

They haven’t been nerfed. You want your sigils, hit queue and grind.

Oh don’t even start. Traditional wow was 12 years ago, the 80s are gone and so is the original mop. This is the next best thing
I need 2 more wisdom f or my quest to finish, and I was getting a lot last week and not really any this week. Don’t know if it’s a coincidence or a change.
I think I am about the same with similar effort, not sure if the drop rate is better in raids are not, but its pretty poor in celestials.
It’d be nice to get one or the other as a guaranteed drop off of a final boss in a celestial.
I am okay with most grinds but this is getting tedious. Can’t speak to raids unfortunately. (yay roster issues)
Thank you, I’m aware of that. But at my current rate I’ll need way more than two weeks to be able to get the gem. Believe it or not, I’ve now run 18 (yes, EIGHTEEN) Celestials in a row with no Sigil drop. I understand ‘random’, but this is beyond pale.
Yes, I know. I’ve played since November 2005, so I’m familiar with grinding. But in all that time I’ve never run into a streak like this. I’m good with grinding, but there needs to be a light at the end of the tunnel.
If you’re raiding, then you get an extra source from HoF and then Terrace when it launches
If you aren’t raiding, you’re going to be waiting even longer because Celestial Terrace gear is going to be another 2 weeks after the raid itself opens
And beyond all that, all you’re missing is a 500 stat gem. The sha-touched weapons are still BiS even without them. It’s not the end of the world if you’re still waiting a bit to get the gem

I was able to finish both quests last week actually when i got my last 2 from mvs, but i was 10/10 on the wisdom ones from celestials alone. Did feel odd that i completed before ever stepping foot in hof lmao
but yeah you just get a new quest for the chimera of fear after, which is in toes, so cant progress beyond it yet even if you do the first 2.
I wonder if the chimera will drop in celestials too. Actually im sure it will now that i think about it being a repl for lfr. (dur)
If you could get the agi gem rn you could throw it in the weapon from empress. at least i know she has a 1h for my mw, but it didnt drop T_T

Yes they are. There are very few exceptions based entirely on stat weights, but from a general sense the sha-touched weapons have the same stat budget as non-sha-touched weapons of the same ilevel even when removing the gem socket entirely
No they are not. Casters have Hard mode weapons, and for others its is simply better to not use sha touched weapons as they have a gem slot they can actually use.
