That’s Phasing in action, Not layering. Retail doesn’t have layering…yet. Pay attention next time, there will be a test afterwords.
What happened in those streams is IDENTICAL to what happens in retail.
Just because blizz is telling you its “Layering” herp a derp not phasing or sharding.
