EDIT* I do not have an option to flag. Never used it. The option is not there. I can choose a solution, like, link, share and reply. There’s nothing for flagging.
And no. I can’t even flag my own post. There’s no restrictions on my account.
Flag and move on and the mods will take care of them on the brite side stay in the lounge ull find less toxicity and more positivity there.

Look at what Riot Games did, they shuttered their own forums and then all their feedback options were totally gone, moved towards Reddit and other social media where volunteers take their place instead of dedicated community managers, staff and helpers walk the halls in tandem to make the game a better place equally for everyone.
If there’s no option to flag (already flagged?) it is in queue for moderation review.
It’s the icon that looks like a flag at the bottom of a post.
If it isn’t there, it’s already in queue for review and doesn’t need more.
so at the botom of a post theres no heart wierd symbol and a flag option.

Well there is a daily flag limit so i suspect u hit it.

The icon is still there after you’ve hit the limit, so it isn’t that.
I wonder if parental controls.
Could also be forum account pre-access restrictions. I know there’s a tiny amount of activity one must do to get Trust Level 1, so maybe that’s it, particularly since OP’s activity profile isn’t showing any trust level rank.
Ironic that it’s a most likely a measure to prevent rampant forum toxicity.
The flags are def all available. You can only flag it once. If your not seeing it just move on, means its already under review.
Personally id hate for the forums to be closed either because of trolls or overly sensitive people. Just report and move on with your life. If your getting that worked up over a gaming forum maybe take a break, go for a walk or something.

I’ve got a feeling that it’s more that you don’t have the proper trust level unlocked. Level 1 is fairly easy to get and then that supposedly opens you up to being able to flag posts.
