On this character I can’t see the Shred-Master Mk1 in Dazar’alor. Im pretty sure I saw it last week but now it’s gone. I checked on my other character and was able to see it. I found a reddit post with other people who were having the same problem but there were no solutions to it. Any ideas on what to do?
Report it as a bug and try a full UI reset

It looks like you are part way through the Zandalari Allied Race quest line, Sylel. That phases out some things in the area so finishing it should bring that back into phase for you.
