Looking to change up my UI, but need some inspiration.

Guess I should’ve edited out the names in the meters too, but meh.
Everyone who is using Bartender, all their UI’s look identical to me. So, not any different from default.
I use standard UI w/o gryphons, SexyMap (same skin as above).
For healing I use Vuhdo, so I don’t really have any healing spells on action bars.
TMW for a few cooldown tracks that sit right above “Stance Bar”.
Lower Left corner is the chat - with addons it’s all the way into the corner with chat line above it.
Bottom Right - I have 2 Deails screens - for Discord streaming to see both damage and healing done.
Side action bars are stacked. UI doesn’t take up any space on my screen. (not always tho)
Looking at the image above, IDK how you guys play with a giant brick of bars in the middle.

Pretty much just elvUI, Sexy Map, Details, Weak Auras, tomtom and spy.
Oh and something not shown is that I use Miks Scrolling Battle Text.

Not going to dissect every addon on there, but that is the way my UI is set up.
Why do you have mana strudel on your action bar 5 times? Is it really that good?
Why do you have so many of the same spells on your bar like I get the frostbolt but Arcane Blast, Remove Curse, Spell Steal, Slow Fall and the food make no sense to me.
Are they filler?
Oh, I just shoved them in as a filler from prior WotLK food/water because it was individual food and water, and the other is for table.
Remove Curse, one is for myself and others targeted, and the other 2 are name specific remove curse macros for my arena partners, in 2v2 and 3v3, and works well in 5s because I’m either playing with one or two healers.
The arcane blasts are a mixture of modifiers, one is for my current target and the other is for focus.

I don’t PvP which is probably why it went over my head.
