First hes talking about it being an exploit to be punished…then when its shown that its been going on since the beginning and clearly bliz isnt too concerned about it, then the agenda seems to morph into something else to just keep the argument going.

From what I can see in reading, twinking has existed since very early WoW…so its not an exploit as some claim.

Does seem to be pretty pointless. If twinking has been a thing since very early in the game 20 years ago, i dont see any evidence that blizzard thinks its a problem…though thats confusing if its affecting PVP in any way.
They made steps to address it specifically in pvp, but thats because twinking is unbalanced in PVP format when its two players directly competing with each other. Blizzard has never cared about twinking in PVE.

Gaming the system isn’t exploiting. I suggest you take my advice that you tried to push onto me in an effort to look smart before completely failing at it.
That’s a good question OP.
I know that Blizzard likes to watch the integrity of the game and the player experience is the core of that.
So you then have to ask yourself what the players think, and it would seem that most are cool with the easy dungeon runs.
I’ve seen a handful of posts complaining about lvl 11 warrior Twinks, each post would fill with players saying it’s cool, they don’t mind the quick XP.
Some of this content is 2 decades old, has been seen by some a million times, getting it done asap is not a problem it would seem.
I DO think that an XP locked Twink, that is pushing the limits of the game by taking advantage of wonky scaling, for their own amusement, isn’t something we need to protect.
If Blizz fixed scaling and the twinks lost their game, I don’t think the world would end.

As much as I hate level 11 twinking, it’s not an exploit.
