They’ve had multiple prime opportunities to address it as an exploit but haven’t, not because they don’t consider it an exploit, but because no one knows what they are doing.

I see your point, but leveling is just part of the game…and we’re allowed to XP lock our characters…so not the same as finding some out of place thing to exploit that doesnt belong there and easily understood.
Now, if blizzard ever gets their math right in the game and someone figures out how to abuse leveling then, maybe.

furies are definitely the most common, I don’t think i’ve seen a single WW twink tank myself lmao. It’s mostly furies because of whirlwind at low level, monks ahve the issue of being stamina locked so they cant spinkick forever

no one gets kicked at the start of the dungeon there is like a 3min cd b4 u can even try and kick and these twinbks can clear some of these dungeons faster then that im sure that was the intended design instead of people actually playing the game

People aren’t doing tw to “play” the game it’s just another chore for their weekly so people want to get them done as quickly as possible. Seeing some of these dungeons hundreds of times makes people not care about stopping to smell the flowers…
They can’t sell runs you clown, lmao. You can’t pre-party with twinks and level up because it exp locks you if you party with them. Good try though.

The discussion is if its exploiting in Blizzards definition of the word. Clearly players see things differently.
The only way bliz can rationally call this exploiting is IF they get their scaling done correctly…and then someone finds a way to abuse it anyway.
When THEIR math is the reason its like this and it affect the entire game…cant call it an exploit.
