IRL threats with intent to stalk/harm should be perma-ban if substantiating evidence is presented and verified; followed up by referral by Blizzard of issue to law enforcement.
I’m not sure how productive this topic will be given that Blizzard already has a Code of Conduct, which everyone agreed to by using any Blizzard Product, since paragraph 1.A.vi of the EULA binds you to the CoC.
Seems more relevant to discuss what the OP thinks are shortfalls in the existing CoC. Maybe that’s what was intended with the title, but weird way to present it.

yes but not for the players but for devs they cannot be bias as such they must stop with the blatant anti horde pro alliance push AND allow horde to wipe out the night elves who clearly didnt get the hint what we think about them when we burnt their tree down.
