IMO. I think they’re the best class in the game. They have a permanent presence in both pve a pve with their aoe stuns and amazing mobility. They also top the meters compared to the utility they bring.
…or maybe other classes could be brought up to the same level and feel as fluid?

Id like them to get more fleshed out in shadowlands if they get toned down. its not a required trade thing but i think adding new abilities to a class should be auto lower just to effectivly balance.
What i mean by fleshed out is more spells. Warlocks are getting curses, pallidans auras, ect ect so dh would just fall behind.
They and Death Knights will start from level 1 once Shadowlands hits. I’m positive this means they will get a complete overhaul to do so.

Honestly I know little about class balance, and I’m not really good myself, but feels that when it comes to DH, almost any DH out there (doesn’t need to be some uber mythic+1000 geared world top 1) cleans an entire group of mobs while I’m still casting my first spell, which would have dealt perhaps 1/3 of the enemies life damage.

They perform well with a low skill ceiling, though I don’t necessarily think that in itself will change; the class mechanics introduced in Shadowlands will likely buff other classes to bring the same to the table.

DH damage is absolutely stupid for how low their skill-ceiling is, but the issue with Rogues is that their entire kit is stupid.
Utility, damage, CC, they quite literally have it all. Rogues may be the only class in the game that needs a nerf to their mechanics.

The whole idea and design of demon hunters since it’s inception was for a low skill ceiling and easy to play class, they delivered on that idea.

Jokes - I don’t really find Prot/Ret Paladin/BM hunter too much more of a challenge and I have way more utility as a Paladin. They just swapped paladin utility for mobility and higher deeps to DH.

Yeah, I’m tired of the notion that just because most classes suck, a class that isn’t trash has to be nerfed to be brought down to the other classes level.

Rogue already gets similar levels of damage, immunities, cc and self sustain. Do you mean other, other classes?

Rogues are harder to play well compared to DH.
DH is the easiest class in the game . Not even 2 pages of spells and typically you use Just 4 buttons.

Not top, OPs concern is how well they do for effort put in.
